School or Organization Membership Registration:

We ask users who wish to activate their schools or organization to complete a Membership Form. Users who would be registering are school or organization administrators. On this form we ask for their school name, district name, who the assigned System Administrator for ParentOrganizer will be (who will be managing the system), their title, phone and email, the direct supervisor to the System Administrator (so that we can verify for security reasons), their title and phone. We ask the names of the teachers and their classes or programs leaders and their programs to enable the personalized system to work for the parent members. Once users are given access to ParentOrganizer, they are assigned a Member ID so that ParentOrganizer, for security reasons, is able to track the user roles and assigned views. We do not disclose any information we collect to any third parties.
